Able Property Services inspected the property and then presented a proposal, budget and time-frame to the owner. This was subsequently agreed and 50% of the funds were drawn down to commence the assignment. The brief contained instructions to provide two comfortable living areas, one for adults and one for children and to ensure that the children’s rooms were suitably interesting and appropriate to their ages. All 10 rooms were refurbished with good quality and attractive furniture sourced from stores such as Habitat, Meadows & Bryne and Laura Ashley. Accessories were chosen from a wide variety of up-market stores and online. In addition, a patio area to the rear was created to cater for the family and tasteful accessories were placed throughout the property.
