We always conduct a local market analysis to ensure you are getting the best market rental possible and we thoroughly vet all prospective tenants. We don’t conduct “group viewings” – we want to know who we are putting in a client’s property and if, for any reason, a tenant leaves within the term of the lease, we will replace them free of charge!
With fees that are well below the industry standard and excellent customer service – our aim is really very simple – to provide the best possible service for the best possible price and to grow and maintain our loyal database.
Because we are confident about the level of service we provide, we offer new residential clients a combined letting and 12 month’s management fee of just 6% as an introductory offer in the first year. We know if you are happy with us, you will stay with us and we want to build long-term relationships with our clients.
Most of our clients require both letting and property management, however, we split our fees so you can choose as required. After the introductory offer in the first year, our letting fee is 4% of the annual rent. Our property management fee is also 4%, which covers 12 months management in regard to any property or tenant issue that may arise.
Our fees are below the industry standard and are fully tax deductible – your time is not!
